Subject: item not downloading

Hi, I'm having a terrible time here today! I bought an item awhile ago, I've downloaded it 3 times, but when I try to open it my system tells me the file is invalid or corrupt! Any advise???? It's getting annoying, given the fact it takes 15 min for the "my purcases" page to open. Thanks!

actually, I just went back and tried to download it 1 more time but the download button is gone now! Now I'm totally confused!!!!!
