Subject: Paid money but no download...what gives?

I bought the P4 Mike/Fireman mod yesterday afternoon and still today there is no download. What's the hold up?

mattwood76, You should have received an automated E-Mail requesting the following information. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have that information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. Send this information to store@renderosity.com This is for first time purchases only. All future purchases will be available for immediate downloading. Clint

I didn't receive the email. I only got one from ebot with a link to where I can download the file. But the download wasn't and isn't there. I'll send the info.

I have the same problem- just recieved my ebot email with the link that takes me to apage where I can't download nothing - WHAT GIVES ??? Just us giving money away??? JoPol
