Hi!
Has anyone but me experienced this slow handle of purchases of Vue?
Ordered Vue+Mover the 29th, got an auto message that the order was submitted. Now a week later and I havent heard a word from e-on. Ive mailed e-on to see if my order was somehow miss placed but yet not a sound...

You have mailed e-on?? Hopefully not by e-mail. Better write in the support at e-on's site. Guitta

Husse, When you placed your order you should have received a confirmation letter in your e-mail. That letter should have a hyperlink to e-on software's website that allows you to track the progress of your order and then once it's shipped a link to the shipping company's website so you can track it there. If that didn't happen then yes, something is wrong with your order. G

I missed my confirmation email on my last order and after 14 days emailed e-on. They quickly emailed back and said my order was in and it takes about 15 days to get to my country. It arrived the next day. Email them. They are very helpful.

That really sucks! If this is a logistic lack of time issue, wonder why they dont offer costumers to download their products... husse

Because 3 CD's worth of content is too much to download for most people. Remember the last two days was a weekend. e-on was probably not in their office then. I'd expect a reply today sometime.

At least one could get started... my fingers really itches after giving the demo a go... :P Well, well.. Im not a very patient person but in this case it looks like I will have to overcome that... husse
