Hi! I was wondering if someone knew how to import a poser figure into the 3D game studion Model Editor? Another question. If i have a poser file that has different figures (like body, hair, clothes, etc.) is there way to merge all of those into one figure sort of like the low res figures are? Thanx!

I think 3d game studio uses delta vertices, kind of like giant morph targets for animations. Instead of the editor try the 3d studio plugin. That's the only way I know. I think the editor does import 3ds files. As for the combined figure, just export the poser figure as on 3ds file. I've played with the system but it becomes extremely prohibitive because every anim is a new mesh on each key frame. Instead try genesis. It supports boned (not skinned) figures. For more fancy stuff try either the Torque engine by GarageGames.com or Amp2 by 3dgamers.com. Amp2 is great for indoor settings, supports boned and skinned characters, supports bump maps and specular plus I think the license is $2k and you can do anything you want with it.
