That is usually caused by improper posing, bending, twisting etc... When posing the arms, try not to over pose just one joint, use a suble blending of the shoulder, arm and forearm.
The indent you have shown is caused by Daz's choice for final joint parameters. Their JCM is designed to minimize it but there is no way to remove it without new joint parameters and a small grouping change to the chest group.

Anybody ever notice that strange indent you can get in V3's upper arm? I was wondering if someone had made a morph to fix it. Image of deformity attached.
