I ordered a download on saturday and as of yet its not active.

Hello, Since this is your first credit card purchase you should have received an ebot RENDEROSITY FIRST TIME BUYER asking you to email store@renderosity with either the 3-digit security code or toll free phone number from the back of your credit card along with your username. As soon as this information is verified, we will activate your download. This is for first time purchases only, all future purchases will be avaliable for immediate download. I sent to emails with the information requested for first time buyers, on the same day as i made my purchase.

Yes, staceyg after speaking to you on the phone (at least the person said they were you) we were finally able to get it fixed. I appreciate the help you were able to give me to get it fixed. Again thanks.

P.S. Stacey if you guys ever need someone to brag on the customer service just let me know. LOL Seriously guys, in a world today, where more and more often you get rude people on the other end of the phone in customer service, this was really a very pleaant and quickly resolved issue, eventhough I initially had no purchase and no download, (although at the time I thought I should have had as I had attempted too have some LOL) Perhaps this doesnt belong here but I just thought some would app knowing what I thought about my exp with the customer service dept LOL.
