If that's the problem; that your normals are reversed... (gosh... that doesn't sound quite right... *lol*), then reverse them with UV mapper. If you don't have it, you can obtain a free version by clicking on the link. :)You could Be onto the problem there Zhann, the object in the screen-shot was drawn then extruded to what it is now. I do have a post in the Amapi Forum but I think they sleep a lot over there,it's nowhere near as active as the Bryce one.I will try and make what I want without extruding and see how that works out. Go in and import your profile again and before you extrude, zoom in reeeeeaaallly close to make sure all your lines are connected, snap to point on any that aren't, then weld it together. Then when you extrude, it will ask if you want to close the ends, or they will appear red, validate, and then render, the object should be closed and solid. OMG, I'm actually giving modeling help, what is the world coming too, LOL....:)

Trying to ceate a pic in Bryce which requires a small bit of modeling in Amapi,problem is whatever i make in Amapi won't render as solid in either program,see screen shot. What am i doing wrong????? Cheers GG.WHO said Kiwi's can't Fly ?????
