This is my first try for creating morph target. This head morph is created using Zbrush for Vicky3. Any easy way to fix or avoid the problem (please see the picture)?

We also appreciate your other suggestions for the improvements.
Thank you.

It looks like some of the points have been moved slightly out of place you could try moving them back into place in z-brush

Don't know it zBrush has a "relax" modifier. In Max that's what I'd use to fix this kind of glitch. It -- well relaxes the mesh, taking the "crunchiness" out of it. Nerd

In ZBrush...when in edit mode..hold down the Ctrl key,and you can paint on a mask to areas you don't want effected(the red circle turns to yellow,to show your in mask mode). It is also best that when you are morphing/shapeing a body part close to another one (in this case the neck),bring that body part in also. SWAMP

In ZBrush..."relax"=smooth under modifiers>deformation

looks beautiful. don't know Zbrush, so I can't comment, but the Relax method in Max is what I use. Is it just me, or do her irises look a trifle large? Also, you might give her just a hint of asymmetry-- a little hint of a wrinkle or the like. . .Poser characters are oftened too "mirrored" -- real faces are both asymettrical in geometry and in expression. this is very nice already. . .

Xantor, nerd, SWAMP, and crocodilian, thank you very much for your responses.I am going to try what you suggested.

SWAMP, I will try them, and may ask more questions.

Crocodilian, her eye is big.
I was trying to make a cute girl. I put some anime flavors on her, but tried to keep her reasonably realistic.Eyes are larger by about 20%, and mouth, and chin are smaller like Japanese anime, but not too much.
I wanted to keep her reasonably realistic rather than anime style.
This is an experiment. What is cute. It is subjective like art. Therefore, it is very nice to hear opinions.

Thank you very much.
Himico.

Regarding big eyes-- try making the pupils big, rather than the irises; this changes the look a lot, and its a subtle thing. Facial proportions and attractiveness are interesting. "Big eyes" are attractive (probably because babies have relatively large eyes compared with the size of their heads) . . . but this isn't just the iris, its the eye as a whole. .. see if you can pull her eyelids up a bit on top Experiment!

Thank you crocodilian,
you are right, I will try to make big pupils. I really appreciate it.

You are right. They are cute, and innocent. I should carefully look at babies, and children.

Thanks again. Your suggestions are very helpful.
