Subject: Crashy on G5/10.3/OSX

I am new to VUE, so please forgive if I missed prior apropos forum messages !! Is VUE this crashy?! I get crazy red lines when I select on some files, and some cannot be rendered once a selection is done because of crashes. Some files heal when I restart VUE, some are permanently "poisoned?" Does VUE behave better on G4/WinXP ? "Concerned" - potamus

Make sure you have updated your Vue copy to the latest version (4.2). www.e-onsoftare.com, it's free. Then disable OpenGL if you always have this problem. Your graphic cad may not be supported. But the first priority is to update! Guitta

Thanks! I've been using build 4.51 beta, but the 266001 may be safer. Is the 4.2 version more stable? Thanks...

Ok, I get it now! The stability of VUE4Pro is what I'm talking about. Very bad on Panther. I have tried all versions of updates. But the good news is... This is AWESOME software, and decent documentation. Being a software professional, I must say that these guys have tried REALLY hard. My hat's off to them! Given that E-on just released a fix for VueEsprit for Panther, I withdraw my complaint!!! A fix for VuePro4 for Panther must be imminent, and I can't wait!! Anybody think I'll have better results on my G4/10.2.3? With Love-

Thank you e-on, for the latest patch. I finished an entire modeling session without one crash!! Now your intuitive GUI shows its ilk, as I didn't need to tear open your manual once!
