In fact, E-On Software makes a plug-in for doing stuff like this in Lightwave, and there are other Ocean Effects plug-in's by people like Psunami- look for stuff like that showing up as plug-ins in Daz Studio 2004!
It appears to be a UV mapping problem- or "issue". A number of my TransPond stuff, like Adobe Mission, shows the same thing. Some walls look fine, others have that "streak" look. I think this DS Alpha is showing the problems that can be addressed maybe before the first Beta is released. People who see this should file a Bug Report with DAZ- (but I kind of suspect they already know about it.) There are other things too, like seams that show up on models. Again- File a Bug Report just to be sure they are aware of it.

Actually- I took out the Diamonds! I had point lights behind them but it was going to take four times longer to render so I deleted them (looked great however). Notice that there is a Coon Hound Shadow on Traveler's Sky Dome
(free at RDNA) and I left it in on purpose- hence- "Coonhound in the sky---"
