I've recently finished the deformations on this model. It's taken me quite some time to do. I've been playing with it on and off for a few months now. I wouldn't be willing to give it away for free, mostly because it's taken so much time to create... But if there's anyone interested in purchasing it, then I'll put her up on BBAY...

I do like the figure images on the right side but the close-up of her face just doesn't seem right. The cheek bones seems a bit 'blocky' and the face looks too wide. I'd suggest looking at some of Thorne's figures. They aren't done in anime style but he seems to have a very good handle on 'cute'. Taking the eyes you've done and proportioning the face more to Thorne's figures would work well.

She's cool, but as Keoto says, you probably can't sell her. Best wishes Jody

The ObjAction Mover program by Maz allows for the distribution of copyrighted material but its my understanding that he will not allow it for commercial use. I may be wrong so please check with him, but its an avenue to consider. Regards PhilC

I don't really understand all this talk of selling or not a morphed Poser figure. Isn't Thorne selling his fairies? I had thought that a cr2 containing YOUR original morphs was acceptable to sell or distribute since it requires the buyer to already have Zygote's geometry. This is what this looks like to me. And even if the geometry was altered what Phil says is correct and Maz has stated that he be compensated for the use of Objaction Mover commercially. I believe that is what is happening in Jim Burton's case. So, as long as someone is within these boundaries I don't really see a problem. But it would be a good idea to have these regulations posted somewhere on the store so we don't go into it every now and then. As an aside, if this figure is created using other people's free morphs (even if they do allow commercial use like Traveler) then I wouldn't justify selling it. But as long as there's someone willing to buy it ......

Why BBay? Why don't you put her in the Renderosity Store?

heyas; the distribution of cr2's is allowed by zygote, as long as there is no geometry in the file. (ie: if you used the grouping tool, forget it.) as i understand, this applies to commercial as well as free cr2's. however, i would suggest contacting zygote about it, as they may want to approve it.

I was only planning to sell the cr2 file. It was my understanding that the cr2 was okay to redistribute, since it contains no geometry. I was thinking of packaging it like this: The cr2 with the magnets and morphs in it, the texture maps, MY original geometry, i.e. the hair pieces that make up the bangs, and the weapons, and a .pz3 file to hold everything together.
