I just made a purchase here at Renderosity with my credit card. I did get a confirmation e-mail from them...But when I went to my homepage and then to my purchases/downloads to download it there was nothing to download. I have listed the purchase I made but where do you download. I am almost sorry that I actually made this purchase. Please help. Laura

I think on your first purchase it has a waiting period of a day for them to process. Check the check out page or the email you got and I think it explains it. It did that to me when I first bought something here and only happens the first time. I agree its a big pain and I don't think it TELLS you that until AFTER you buy it. I thought mine was only becauseof PayPal, but maybe its credit cards too. Very frustrating. Anyway...give it a day and watch your email. It should be there.

I wish i had known this. I waited until i had access to bandwidth (better than dial up) to order so i could download, and now i have to wait an unknown amount of time until my purchases will be available :(

I just made my 2nd purchase using PayPal and the option to download my latest purchase doesn't show up. Do I need to send another confirmation email like I did with my first purchase? -Russ

Hi Russ, What date did the payment through paypal clear? I show the purchase date as 2/3/04. Let me know. Thanks, Clint

Clint, I mad the purchase & got the confirmation on 2/3 (sorry about the way I phrased "just made a purchase") When I go to the purchases page under my account, only the download lilnk for my first purchase (from 12/29) shows up. -Russ
