Hiyas. I've been busily downloading past purchases and found 3 items that I couldn't download again Elleana Hair by Alla Smart Prop Jewelry Set for Vicki & Posette by Tammy Tomy by Catharina Przezak are resets possible or are these files just gone? :)

Hi again Caly, Unfortunately, it appears as tho the other 2 products are too old to be downloadable. I would suggest you try contacting the merchant directly to obtain the files once again. http://www.renderosity.com/index.ez?viewLink=432 here is information from Renderosity regarding digital downloads. We really do our best to supply them, but like I said, these are really rather old :) Let me know if I can help you any further, Deb
