Did those folks who, like me, had their browser crash before downloading Michael hear anything from Zygote yet? I've sent off two emails so far and have heard nada. And yes, I know about using the account history but I didn't use the account to buy the stuff.

I also got an email with all of the download info on it almost as soon as I put the info into the basket--I did dl immediately, but I just tried and my email takes me back for a second dl attempt if needed. Did you email sales@zygote.com or call 1-800-267-5170? Normally I have heard back from them almost immediately about problems. Did your sale go through before your browser crashed?

I had trouble, too. I ordered it Sat. night. Then the download page had an error and didn't load properly and when I tried refreshing, that didn't work. Got an order confirmation email, but not the one that lets you know where to go if you don't download in the first five minutes. Had to wait until today as no one is there on the weekends (which is a bit frustrating, but I didn't let it get to me). I called and they found my order and set up a page for me. Then I crashed twice while downloading. But I finally got it. But I was so involved today, that I haven't even installed Michael, yet. Oh well, next weekend, I guess.
