Do you use specific formulas when creating a fractal image, or simply play around until you find something that hits you just right? I am a formula person (spiral junkie). I get an idea...a mood, in my head, and try and find the formula that matches what I see in my head. Since I'm very new to fractals, it can become quite frustrating since I know very little. When I do come up with something, I save the spot, then play around with color. (and save, and save)Does this make me a control freak? grins

I do some of each! Sometimes I have an idea...but other times I just like to play. I have found some marvelous images that way!

Fractals will always amaze me!

Playing around produces some really super images. I do that alot in my work. :-)

Hahaha I do both. I'm a ...flexible control freak. :)

I do a lot of exploring but usually I stick with the formulas in the standard folder, unless it's a glyph or gnarl.
