Hi Im setting up a character and am having a little difficulty. 1)My character is boned, but the bone of the eye is deforming the rest of the face, how do I stop this happening 2)Is there any way of having a blend shape which has 3 blend positions on the one slider to create a smooth deformation rather than a linear one. 3)Is the a way to drive one atribute from another Thanking you in advance

2)Is there any way of having a blend shape which has 3 blend positions on the one slider to create a smooth deformation rather than a linear one. You could script that in Python with a parameter callback.

  1. You can try to uncheck the "bend" box in the property palette. Otherwise, you have to delete all the eye's affectors from the head (lines in the head like "eye x scale..."). 3) Could you be more precise ? I think ERC is the answer, but I'm not sure I understand the question. (English is not my native language, sorry).

Found a tutorial, seems straight forward enough....... 1) I can't believe that have have to edit the cr2 file to stop things deforming...Argh 2) "You could script that in Python with a parameter callback." do you know of a tutorial for this? is it straight forward enough? Thanks again
