Hello, and good evening all. I've been using Nerds tutorial to try and conform Steve's Millie Dress tonight. I am close to getting it right I think. My problem is when I first conform it, the hips and thighs are a bit distorted. *I added the thigh grouping myself, as it only had the buttocks.* A little tweaking of the dials and it fits, poses, and conforms very well.Anyway, here it is. This dress is very special for some reason. It is so simple, but so beautiful with the right model. Rena has a picture of Millie in it over at FairyWoods, and it is one of the most beautiful things I've seen in all my time with Poser. I think it's because it looks "exactly" like my sister Aurora. *LOL!* With Rena's textures, it is truly lovely, and also I'm working on a few of my own. But I degress. I am fussing with it to make it a conforming figure, but has anyone already done it? It was a prop clothing item over at PoserWorld, and I've never seen it set to conforming. If it is, I would like to know. I am certain if one of you technowiz's has converted it, it's likely much more efficient than this one. But if not, I will post the cr2 for it. *With Steves permission of course*, so it may be more easily applied and used. This dress is so simple, yet so elegant. And gives to texturing so well. I love it, and keep looking for something like it in real life. *sigh* But if you know if it's already been done, can you leave a message here where it may be found? Thank you all, and enjoy the evening. Veth. =)

Gerry sorry I lost that file when someone sent me a lovely virus :o)(it was my first so in my panic i formated without backing up properly).......i can post it straight away if you can send it again.....Vethril, if you get rid of the buttocks and make thighs instead then edit one of vikkis other dress cr2's to point to this obj (toot at poserworld for that if you need it) you'll need to mess with the obj for that so just post the whole lot if you want :o)....Steve

Alright, I will. I want this dress to work. It's just too good to let vanish without making it the best it can be. So simple, yet so perfect. (To me anyways) =P. Being a technoclutz, I know it can be made to work properly. It's almost there. Just some tweaking I am sure. Nerd's tutorial is excellent, but when your programming impaired like me, even his simple explanations get you fuzzy. LOL! I'll post it for you to peek at too, and you can fuss with it to perfection. (I'll be waiting for that, LOL!) I have made 5 textures for it, and I love them all. It just gives to patterns and colors. It's that kind of garment. I'll fiddle with the file tonight and put it up for folks to try. =)
