Subject: Film aspect in DVD

I am finishing short film with poser 5 and the final work is going to be a DVD. I tested with some clips and in the television screen the DVD is seen very crisp and clear, the problem in which it is seen with aspect of video and not of film. As I can obtain an aspect of film in final render of the DVD? With this I do not talk about to use a Film filter like which they come in After Effects, Premier or Vegas Video, simply to create a smoother aspect in the final video. Thanks.

Render with an aspect ratio of 4:3 (720x540 is good)then compress at the standard ratio (720x480 for NTSC) the DVD player should be able to fix the aspect ratio itself if it's a standard file

by the way, if you want it to be compatible with NTSC & PAL, you should render at 24 fps
