I purchased The Door Factory today (02/24/04) and when I went to download it, I was informed that I had exceeded my download limit on the first attempt. Please look into this and either fix the problem or give me credit for something else.
I will say that for some reason the download page seemed a bit "glitched" today. It initally download only 2 of about 20 purchases and when I returned to the purchase finalization page and clicked the verify purchase link again, everything seemed to be there but was very slow in coming up (slower than usual).
