This looks excellent. Unless you have working parts, a CR2 isn't necessary. They'd be better off as props (PP2). An external OBJ call is a good idea, since it means that the model can be used by anyone who can import OBJ - Bryce, Vue etc. I'm not sure that it saves memory. A big item like this is inevitably going to take up a lot of storage.
Not what you asked for but if I may... the roof doesn't look right where it meets the walls. I have never seen a roof that runs directly into a wall. There is always some kind of buffer zone from flashing or overhang especially with ceramic tiling. Otherwise, it's a fantastic structure! Keep up the great work!
