Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 10 10:00 pm)
Have you tried changing bucket size? The moire effect looks like an aliasing conflict between the "bucket" edges and the blind interval. Try making bucket size MUCH larger than the spacing, and see what happens.

Looks to me that you might have loaded up the window blinds several times. I'm not very Poser savvy at all, but it could be that the render engine is getting confused with co-located polygons. :o) Just an observation. Cheers! M P.S. Yes... I suck big time at texturing stuff for Poser. :o(
Mind Over Matter

Thanks for the input, everyone.
Moe---The prop is definitely loaded only once.
ockham---I tried bucket sizes from 32 to 512 but it made no difference.
MungoPark---I'll check that link out. The blinds do seem to be one-sided as the beige material color disappears when you look at the reverse side (it's black).
Thank you again.

I'm having a problem rendering what seems to be a simple prop--the window blinds from the great Hospital Interiors set by Moebius87.
I'm using the firefly engine in P5 and have tried playing with settings such as texture filtering, removing backfacing polygons, shading rate, etc. but so far no luck.
This is a simple prop without any textures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
