Congratulations, Chohole, you have written a title for this thread that pretty much guarantees most people will read it. :^) My opinion; as long as the nipples don't show in your image, it isn't nudity. And she IS covered with bark. Is this a Dryad?
This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

Zhann, its just an image of dryads, I did try it once before and then left it. Now I was thinking of trying to resurrect it and maybe enter the r'osity spring contest for a laugh. Did try undines, but they just won't work out right.

Let me ask a question; would you stand in front of a camera that way and have a photo taken? (If so please post to the forum immediately;). Seriously though, if the answer is no then you yourself have reservations about it. Teresa had porphyria. This was the disease Dracula had and was the reason for the vampire legend. Aside from intolerance to sunlight and a craving for raw meat one of the lesser-advertised symptoms is irritation at having anything touching the skin. I used to tease her about being my little Ferengi wife. The entire medical trauma got me so used to seeing nudity that I look at the body as just another organ. Put a naked and clothed woman in front of me and I'd be more attracted to the one that didn't want to see the finale of Friends. As someone who has been repeatedly trained at great government expense to respect and appreciate everyone's viewpoint and opinion but his own I have the following official opinion. "My God" (oops can't mention God either) " what were you thinking? In Uzbekistan theyd drag you out to the edge of town and stone you! What if someone in town actually had electricity or a computer and homeland security wasn't jamming the signal? Do you want them to see this as an example of our culture? What of the Wymen of the New Age? 1.6% of the population actually believes in Dryads. Have you researched this document or consulted with Wiccan or Hellenic priests/priestess to see if this image respects their belief system? In long, I see nothing offensive about this image, but I'm sure that someone, somewhere is boiling over it. Check the nudity box and move on. (Besides it will guarantee you 50% more views. Such is the world we live in.)
I think that some may think that this could be considered nudity. You can't say that she has no skin showing because the bark is her skin. Some may say that since she is obviously not wearing any clothing, she is nude. Not that I personally mind, I think its a great start to what will end up being a great image. I just like to play devil's advocate sometimes. :-)
To be on the safe side, keep the vines. I really like how it looks with and without, but just to be safe in regards to the rules.....you don't want to take a chance they won't accept it. Maybe do 2 versions, one with and one without the vines....with for the contest, and without for your gallery as a version 2. It's an excellent image so far. I do think the vines solves the problem of whether it's considered nudity or not. I can't wait to see the finished image! :)

That looks great! I can't seem to get a ground shape like that. It's probably something so simple I'm overlooking. The light beams may be a little bit too pronounced at the bottom. If you can blur them or something a little more, I would keep them instead of the bryce light. I love the little green sprites (I guess you would call them?). The woman in the tree is beautiful. :)

Damia, for the ground I have used tiled terrains, lowered them slightly and then carefully used the brush in the terrain editor to make the stream more definate, and some higher areas in the back ones. The stream is actually the default ground plane with a water mat.

Tiled terrains.....hmmm. Can't say that I know how to do that. I need to do some more tutorials. :) Thanks for explaining it. I love the close view of terrains like that. It's time to go experimenting!
