Attached Link: stupid question

I am trying to download some characters. I unzip the files and place the cr2 into the library character area. However when I try to load them in poser, I get the response that the computer can not open the cr2 file. If it was once then I would not worry about it. However it is not, what am i doing wrong? please help

Are you using a MAC or PC? Which characters are you trying to use? What is the exact error messge you get when you click on the figure in the library?

I am using a pc, as far as the characters that I'm trying to use, they are just different characters from other website. When I open poser and go to the library for figures, thier pictures are represented by a drawing of a man with his hands up in a guestioning gesture. As far as the error it reads: warning cannot open runtimelibrariescharactersbeast.cr2. our whatever cr2 file that I'm trying to use. I've also gotten this message with some poses that I have download. Any ideas, I would really appreciate any help.

Maybe the CR2s are in the wrong folder. "runtimelibrariescharactersbeast.cr2" seems one folder short. It should be more like "runtimelibrariescharactersPeoplebeast.cr2" The only other thing I could think of is that the CR2s might be in MAC format, but then the error would say something like "Invalid etc etc". -JH.
