I'm looking for a mink style cloak or cape (preferably hoodless). Thanks E V S P.S. I just got back from my interview at the Vancouver Film School. I got accepted into their 3D Animation and Effects program!... in case anyone cares... =O)

Congrats on the acceptance! I found a fur cape in a freebies section somewhere a while ago, I'll look for it and see if I still have the zip. If you can texture, you'll probably be OK with it.

Here's a pic of the cape. There are two versions in the zip file. It's by BloodSong and is available at 3DMenagerie.com

I can't texture worth sh*t. I tried making a beercan once but when I animated it spinning the lable stayed put. I can model it no prob but textures are beyond me (tho I haven't put the time into learning). E V S

If you have photo-editing software you could edit the texture maps and recolor them easy enough if you think the cape would work.

I am chop-shopping that furcape from 3dMenagerie and then exporting it as an .lwo then importing it into poser. I just don't know how to map the texture to the object so that it stays put. I evolved this into s new thread further up the list. E V S
