Anybody know where i can d/l some spaceship mats>? or maybe a good tut.

Never seen any impressive spaceship mats for bryce, i usually use regular image textures 4 it ! :)

I've seen that first link,it says to copy the image at the bottom of the screen..but its not there.That second one is pretty cool,thanks

Spaceship Textures arent hard to do in photoshop, Here i just made two images, One for the cockpit/wings and another for the tail. I used noise/blur and a few simple PS tricks. Placed them either object top or parametric. Maybe that will give you some ideas

try lunariad.com, bryceworld.st, pixelwonder, wolfie's den, and (if it's still there), I have a list of sites in the 3d links forum. Html's abound..I've actually used Wolfie's metal mats a lot..check it out..

I tend to always use Pshop textures too, although as I'm generally modelling the ship in Max, I tend to use texporter to export a UV Map that I can paint over and true grit to give a dirtmap. I then export the ship in 3ds for various apps.
