You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.
Oh, I understood, the keystone. It is used in some arcs, only in round arcs (roman). I have not included the keystone, the size is much bigger than the other stones and is difficult to include it in the general generating algorithm using sines and cosines, anyway you can remap the arc and use some photograph of an arc.

That's really cool. I'd like to see it have an option to put a small bevel around all of the edges.

Yes, the edges of the walls, but also the inner edges of the arch. The edges will look a lot sharper and smoother in Poser if they have a very small bevel on them. You could make the bevel size adjustable too. In the picture you've posted above, I'd put a bevel on five edges - the outer edge of the wall, the inner edge of the arch and the three edges stepping out from that inner one. You could split the vertices there instead, but bevelling tends to look better.

There is very little visual difference, it depend much on the texture used than on the geometry, with some textures the big blevel of the arc is not visible. Adding blevel to the wall it will complicate the task of joining several arcs. Greater visual differences can be achieved separating the groups of the arc and then joining again welding or not welding some parts of the arc.
