Subject: Deletion of Instant messages?

Hello .... I have a large number of archived instant messages .... instead of having to delete them individually, which takes forever on my dial up and the pop up ads for each deletion, I tried scrolling to the bottom of the page, where it says to delete all pages above and clicked onto that .... I thought it implied it would delete all the above pages at once? .... any help is much appreciated .... note: if it takes a moderator to delete them all at once, consider this written posting as permission to now do so .... thanks, kindly.

Hi :) Hitting that 'Delete all messages...' link should do it for you. I'll point it out to the programmers to see if there's a glitch. Kev.

Sometimes if you have a huge amount of Instant Messages {like I am guilty of - gosh I hate to delete anything, cause as soon as I do, I need it - ;] A little trick I discovered when you have a ton of IM's, if you click on as many IM delete buttons as you can at one time - you can delete several IM's at one time. It's not a prefect solution, but it is sideway approach. Hope that helps. Dee-Marie
