Subject: Unable to Download: No Link Provided

I just purchased Ajax's easypose snake, and the purchase was conformed, but my account screen does not have any link to the product download. The only link that appears goes back to the product info page. Would appreciate a resolution to this issue as soon as it is convenient. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for purchasing from Renderosity's MarketPlace. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. I'd be happy to do that -- but this is hardly my first purchase, as a casual examination of my purchase record would indicate. Moreover, I was asked for that information when I made the purchase, and lastly I'd appreciate an email address to which to send this information.
