I had this problem with Crosswinds once, I had written a small goame where a tank had to get across a minefield, naturally they thought that a zip file called Minefield.zip could only contain instruction on how to make things that go bang:) Wonder if they even once considered actually unzipping it to see what was really inside.

Hi Darth, I waited in line and finally got Vicky last night, but- When she loads the entire Poser program is BLANK, except for the top menus (never seen anything like it before). So I go to the Hierarchy Editor- and its ALL THERE. But NADA on the screen!!! I have a P-III with 385 MB RAM so that's not the problem. What else could be making Super Vicky become Stealth Vicky?

lol @ Steath Vicky! Hmmm...Fox, try seeing if there is an rsr in your geometries folder where the blmilwom.obj is or whatever it's called. IF there is an rsr there, delete it and you should be okay. Let me know if that doesn't work. -Darth

Darth- Bigger Problems- and the dreaded repeated "Blue Screen of Death". I had figured out that problem one could be the default screen setting for Super Vicky. Reset it to 400 x 400- saved it, reloaded it. Found that by running "Sketch Render" I could get partial display of some of the Poser menus. Leaving Sketch and clicking around, I could get full Poser menus, but any attempts to render or do any other operations caused "bad" crashes. I run a lot of high-end 3D on a fast system so I suspect that something in Super Vicky may be doing this. What? I don't know.

Fox, ask Jeff_H, he's the poser tech genious. I don't think it's the file, due to other people saying they've played with it and yay, great! So...must be something with your config? The combo or what have you. Can you still open other things? But still ask Jeff_H

I imported the file instead of opening it, and my UI stayed as I have it set. Thanks for the file, Darth. I hope you get things straightened out.

I tried both deleting the blmilwom.rsr and importing the file- but still a bad crash when I try to render. I guess I will have to wait until other people report similiar experiences or whatever... I have a lot of Poser DL stuff and have not seen anything go this bonkers before...
