My friend bought me a gift (Wildcard hair) and it is not letting me DL it despite me never having the product before or anything. Can someone explain why or fix it? He paid by using Pay Pal.

Hi, It's your friends first purchase, so he/she needs to send in the verification information to store@renderosity.com before the download can be activated. Thanks! Deb

Well, not so fast... he did as he was supposed to and I still haven't been granted access to dling the product. Is there a waiting period?

No waiting period, but I haven't seen the information come thru from him. Ask him to be sure he's sending it to store@renderosity.com. Thanks! Deb

What does the email look like?. I want to make sure he sent the correct thing.

He needs to send his full name, and the email address that he has registered with PayPal. Once this is verified we can activate the downloads. Deb

I sent in one thing that came from this site, and the receipt from Pay Pal. Is there something else I should send? Also, the name would be "Juicy Juice" and they would be under Forwards.
