Do you mean "fang" in the .obj file itself, or in the name of the file? Really..this is terrible news!! I just spent my whole night renaming all my Poser characters and props to "Fang_0001", "Fang_0002", etc., etc, and now I won't be able to use them?! How about "Sharp_Enlogated_Teeth"? hmmm... no, seems to be 'fang' in the file name. now, you guys start a serious investigation of this! name everything fang and export it from poser and try to open it in vue! ;) mary canary said she tried renaming one of her poser obj exports to 'fang.obj' and it still worked. BUT she didn't export it from poser as 'fang.obj.' perhaps poser is playing a joke on vue!? (or maybe that guy's computer is just nuttier than average...! ;D )

I just tried it with a bunch of things, and it's true. It seems as though anything with "fang" in the name causes Vue to not recognize it as a valid geometry, or maybe just not "see" it at all. Maybe as a child, Vue had a bad experience with fangs, and is now blocking it all out? Anyway, this is kinda weird. Has anyone told E-on, becasue I bet this is exactly the type of stuff they would like to hear about. Cheers, Mike

It also doesn't like the following words: cherries (singular, "cherry" is OK), flotsam, jetsam (of course), gobbledeegook, Chicken_Soup, merde,Bryce (LOL), anything having to do with law, i.e, lawyer, attorney, TrumpedUpLawsuit, etc..., and deoxyribinucleic_acid. Ahhhhh, U r all so sweet to warn us about these importation difficulties......Mike, care to try a garland of garlic cloves with your import/exporter? They say it permanently removes or prevents all fang objects from getting close as does a silver bullet and a catholic crucifix. ;) Have a great one Sacred
