About two weeks ago I came to this forum and read as much as I could looked at lots of fractals and downloaded at least 18 fractal programs. I've tried each one and have it narrowed down to about nine. Each has its pros and cons. I like them all but I must admit I have a great deal of learning to do.lol I particularly enjoyed creating quaternions. If I could just work up the nerve I'll post it. I hesitate because I can't seem to eliminate the jaggies. I'm sure there's a way to antialias without making the image blurry but as I said I have much to learn. In the mean time I'm totally enjoying myself! Looking forward to getting to know you! :D Persevere.

I love to fool with quats, and have noticed that if you use Fractal Explorer for them, you can antialias them in stages, which tends to keep the bluries from happening as much.Unfortunately, mine are still not perfect enough to post. LOL Miriah

The easiest way to antialias an image is to render it at least twice the size you want to post it, then take it to a program like Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop, etc. When you resize it down to the size you want to post, it will automatically antialias the image.
