I'm a bit unsure about "The Girl", what is she? A "freak" or just a cartoon-woman? A underage girl with big tits and strange curves? A mixture of "something" with some spieces of "manga" in her? And, is this image alright, or to much?

Very nice work. I dont know what the girl is either exactly, but i think she'd look cool as a sort of "grim fairie" heh..

Personnally, I think The Girl is not an appropriate name for that model. She should be called She-Hulk. She reminds me of David when he was transforming into HULK. Anyone for a green texture for The Girl? France

She's not meant to look real in any way. She's cute in the face (although a lot of people think she looks VERY young), and voluptuous in the body. Not really anime to me. She's make a fine Betty Boop, or a cartoon style She-Freak (although I prefer the Dodger V3 one for more realism). I'd put her in line with old style Warner Brothers babes. Right now I'm working on a biker chick pic with her.

She was inspired by the cartoon/art of the Belgian artist Dany. Having looked at Dany's work and being familiar with other "sexy toon girl" type drawings by various artists, I'm of the opinion that she's just a "sexy toon girl", same as Tex Avery's "Red Hot" or Disney's "Jessica Rabbit" or Lil Abner's girlfriend, Daisy Mae. The wideset eyes, full lips, large breasts, small nose, and tiny waist are typical of that genre. I think this is going to become one of those topics that keep cropping up again and again and again and again.... bonni

It really depends on what you do with her. This is a picture my 11 year old daughter uploaded yesterday. In this picture she looks wuite normal and cute.

Give the GIRL a break. I think this has a lot to do with the fact the GIRL is a DAZ product and people for some reason hate DAZ (although we all secretly buy their stuff)

I don't hate GIRL and I don't hate DAZ and I buy lots of stuff from DAZ. And since I don't like GIRL, I won't buy it. But I would not say I don't like GIRL and that I find her weird if I had bought her. That would be illogical. ;o) I didn't buy David (and I won't buy him) either but I still think he looks good though. I think it is more the fact that we heard about GIRL for too long before she was released and most people were expecting perfection (and with good reasons too if they read everything there was on that subject) and now they realize it is far from perfection. Perfection doesn't exist. So if you like GIRL and can afford it, enjoy. If you don't like GIRL, just don't buy her. France

This image struck me. The more realistic texture and lighting emphasizes the juxtaposition of a 'toonish head on a voluptuous body. Spmehow,the effect is a little disorienting at first glance - not bad, just different. I can see how you could create some really interesting characters with her. As for the 'youth' angle, I don't see it. Someone really should check out the teeth on the Poser horse though.
