THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Introducing myself

zakalwe ( ) posted Sat, 21 August 2004 at 10:58 AM · edited Tue, 04 February 2025 at 10:01 AM

Greetings to everybody here. I wanted first to thank those who made me reach the 3rd rank in latest bryce contest. I'm glad you liked my picture. I'm not really active in the forum, but since I'm here, I thought it is not polite to post quite anonimous comments. Then, if you want to know more about me, just give a look to my artist's page or put a question here. English is not my native language but I'll try to answer to everybody. This is the first forum I entered, and I must say there is a wonderful mood when people cooperate here. I hope to give a contribution soon. Have a good time, /matteo

Answer to Kemal Dear Kemal, I'm Italian, living near the border to Austria - at work I speak mostly German and at home Italian. For Zhann: I discovered you're a master in vases and pottery only after I posted my image for latest contest. It's just a funny joke of the Cosmic Forces ;) My compliments for your mastery and texyturing research. I have to leave now - talk to you tomorrow, /matteo

Ciao e benvenuto alla tribuna di Bryce. I don't speak Italian, I'm not even sure that's correct, it's a Babel Fish translation. But welcome!

Welcome to this little corner of the world. Good to have you here.

tjohn ( ) posted Sun, 22 August 2004 at 7:45 AM

Actually that was meant to be a joke on myself as a stereotypical "ugly American" pretending I was so ignorant of other countries that I didn't know that Australians spoke English. Not as funny when I have to explain it. :^)
