i'm a new member of renderosity, i'm from germany and my english is not really good *g*. i'm a beginner about fractals and i haven't any experience with mathematics unless my school-time. but i like creating graphics and so i'll learn by "try and error" ;-). i'm sure that i can learn many things from the excellent artists here and perhaps it comes the time where i can help somebody. please be patient with me and my english :-). ufrey

Welcome to the Fractal Gallery and do not be concerned about your English I would say you do very well with writting it. As for knowing mathematics I doubt seriously if there is 12 people who actually knows mathematics here most have learned just like you are doing, trial and error :)plus there is a lot of great people here that I'm sure will be willing to help you learn more. Welcome to the magical fractal gallery. I must say the same as others. I do not know or attempt to know the mathematics behind the beautiful images, I just play until I find something I like. Welcome to the Fractal gallery!!! I wouldn't worry about your english, it looks better than mine, lol. As far as mathmatics goes, no worry there either :). I didn't even know there were mathmatics in this program until several months after I started. Still know nothing about the math part but, I'm thoroughly enjoying the process of creation!!
