Some poses I saw only change a part of the body not the pose completly. When I save a new pose I never was asked if this should be a partial pose only. How is this made ? Do I have to edit the pose file with a text editor to remove some lines ?

You can edit the pose file by hand if you have an existing pose you want to take just a few parts from. But... When saving your own poses, after clicking on (+), click on the 'select subset' button. You'll get a list of body parts you can select or deselect.

If you want to take the easy way, SnowSultan (who rules, bar none) has a zip full of partial poses in his Free Stuff.
