There is no program file for tailor under programs. It say sits empty, but it still runs.

Are you saying there is no icon/shortcut in the Start-Programs menu from your toolbar? Or are you saying there is no executable file in Program Files? (!!!???) To get your shortcut into the Start-Programs bar (mine installed the Tailor shortcut on its own, try reinstalling and see if you unchecked the option)... (this is under WinXP, yours may be slightly different) Go to Start-Settings-Taskbar and Start Menu. Then click the Start Menu tab, Customize, Add, and navigate to the Tailor exe (Mine installed to Program FilesCodeTwisterThe TailorTTailor.exe

if you have a shortcut to the tailor right click on it and do properties and that will show you where tailor is installed but as lhiannan says it is probably installed into a drawer called codetwister.

The installer might make an empty drawer called The tailor by accident. Try looking for a drawer called codetwister.

how do I make the start menu icons smaller, cause it can't see it.

You cant really make them smaller, a good thing to do, is to make a drawer in the start menu for games and put all the games shortcuts into it and one for 3d programs and one for graphics programs etc that way you dont have too many items on your start menu. I hope this helps.
