Subject: No download link for first Paypal purchase

I purchased an item using Paypal. I sent my Renderosity name, order number, and, actual paypal account name. I received a email stating that my purchase is marked as paid but there is no download button. please help xDave

Hi xDave, I replied to your email and your download is activated. Go to your purchase history and do a hard refresh (F5) and see if the button appears. Let me know if you continue to have problems. Thanks for shopping the MarketPlace! Deb

Thank you for the quick response, but... the download link did show up, unfortunately it is a java applet.My computer always locks up with these. I cant use a download manager on these. If the download was resumable I would have a chance to get it. But since I cant afford a new computer all I can do is see 1 MB download and then start over. Unfortunately after 3 tries the link is now gone. If this is the only way to download I would like to know how to get a refund xDave

Hi xDave, I've reset your download. You will have to be sure that you turn off your download manager/accelerator as they don't work with our system. Please go ahead and try your download again. Deb
