Hi, I am having a creature tested by some people, when they open the file it asks for a texture that is not even in the file? It used to be but I deleted it along time ago, and saved out a new cr2. How can I stop the file being called for? thanks

You need to look at the bottom part of the .cr2 in a text editor to see where it is being referenced then remove it. (At the bottom of the .cr2 are all the materials and their settings including what texture maps to use.) The incorrect reference may be in the material Preview area if you don't see any signs of the old texture map when you render the figure on your computer. Hope this helps, Cres

I checked before but there is no reference to this texture map in the cr2?

Ah thanks I found it. The problem was in latter versions I called the material "torso" but in earlier versions I called it "body" so I found the reference under body. I just removed the reference line- correct? not all the extra node stuff... Thanks
