Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 26 1:43 pm)
I usually save the PZ3. Importing that PZ3 into another scene works fine for me. I always parent the dynamic cloth to the figure, that might explain the trouble you have. Saving as a CR2 won't work, since dynamic clothing require an aniation, even if it's only 1 frame. Hope this helps a little.

Thank's for a answer but I have still a problem. When I will import it the pz3 file in another scene with another character the cloth was moved . I try to recalculate dynamics but this time the cloth is influenced by other character(the dynamic cloth was move and deformed it) I tray it with "ignore hand or hip"but the cloth not fit exactly at the body. How can to make two assembly tho diferent character with separately dynamic clothes? Scuze for my english but I don't know very whel
Off to do some experiments. I'll let you know when I've found out what works.

Got it. At least, it works for me with Poser 5 SR4.1 on Windows XP SP2. This is what I did: - I made a PZ3 with Eternal Judy, conforming shoes, a hair prop, and a dynamic skirt and top. Calculated the simulations (2 separate sims) over 30 frames. Saved the PZ3. - I made another PZ3 with V3, conforming shoes, hair figure, and a dynamic dress. Calculated a 30 frame simulation. Saved the PZ3. - Then I imported the Eternal Judy PZ3, jumped to frame 30, and moved her body. All dynamic cloth behaved as it should: still on the correct figures and the simulation result was as it should be. What might be important is the naming of the objects and the simulations. I ALWAYS assign a meaningful name to figures, props and simulations (I usually do very complicated scenes with many figures, sometimes more than 20. Naming prevents major headaches). A habit from my programming work. Hope this helps.
