Now, remember to read the rules carefully!

ONLY shades of blue for all entries in this Challenge, and be sure to include a title in 'Notes', that reflects the theme 'Fractal Blues'.

Nick,

I tried submitting a fractal for this theme. It uploaded fine but it does not show. Is there a delay from time of upload to the time it is actually seen on screen?

Mine was one of 17 of over 30,000 fractals that met your requirements (under 200 KBs using only shades of blue.) "Etheral Blues" is what I tried to include in the challenge.
