Subject: Japanese Machine gun model search

I've just seen John Woo's Windtalkers, and would like to know if there's a place where I can find a freebie model of those terrific heavy machine guns used by the japanese soldiers in the whole movie.

I asked my resident, "gun" guru (plus "War Movie" fan) and he says the the machine gun that the Japanese used in the film is a: Nambu Type 99. I don't know if the actual name will help in your search, but I thought I would let you know anyways. (:

A quote from this page: "The Marines in the film were equipped with M1 rifles, M1 carbines, Browning Automatic rifles and Thompson sub-machine guns, while the Japanese soldiers were armed with Arisaka rifles, Japanese type 92 machine guns and type 99 light machine guns." I'm not sure if that helps, still haven't gotten around to watching the movie.
