eek.. technically you can't put it in the space opera challenge anymore because you've already posted it. works there have to be started from scratch, or at least not shown anywhere previous to posting them there. what you do with them afterwards doesn't matter. if you have your heart set out for it, delete the graphic, enter the CGTalk challenge first, make a few sketches of what you want, then come here and enter the speed one with a rough draft of what you have there. nudge nudge wink wink
But you have to hurry, mind you you can still enter the grand space opera challenge, you have until the 17th of january next year for that challenge. But forum-participation and such is required for that challenge, so take some time to read their rules and faq first.

To tell ya the truth...i dont think it fits into either of them. 1. They neither have anything to do with the mission of both challenges. 2. I dont see anything that should have to do with the definition of Speed 3. It doesn't realy say anything about something massive in space (for the CGtalk challenge) But that it doesn't fit into a challenge, doesn't mean i dont like it. The buildings are awsome and the sunset is beautiful!Great ship models. CZ
Well, i dont know. I think it could fit the Space Opera Challenge. It doesnt necessarily have to take place in a space environment, but could also illustrate a huge scifi city on a planets surface. Just look at Couruscant. But as Drac already pointed out, you would have to post wips of the process, starting from scratch.
