when I render, it said "insufficient disk space render at current resolution", but my computer is new and fast, and has lots of space how can I change the the poser memery disk space to render high resolution image.

Install the memory patch from Curious Labs. Even with that I still get the same message sometimes -- restarting computer fixes it.

oh, I was just to try to render 2400x2400 , and it won't let me :-(

Yes, the memory patch could be the issue. Now you're saying you have a new computer so it's probably not the issue, but you COULD try a defrag too. And make sure your swapfile is big enough. What Poser version and what OS? And how much RAM do you have?

The very first thing to do in such a situation is to answer the questions posed by ernyoka1. The insufficient disk space error is sometimes misleading, but at other times right on the money. Don't run out and get memory patches and do other stuff till you've answered the above questions.

This crops up regularly, and it's bugged me from time to time as well. There's some valuable information at Curious Labs [link]. However it came back to haunt me even after I'd done that; eventually I created a new partition of about 3GB on my main (and only) disk, and put the paging file on that. Nothing else will be put on this partition. So far (fingers crossed) it seems to have worked. This is Windows 2000 Pro, by the way; XP and NT will probably behave the same way.
