How long does it take for a first time purchaser to be varified? A friend, user name Bub, just bought me a gift cetificate, and was wondering how long it would take to be verified and an email sent off to me. He got his email confirming the putchase already. Thanks, TOny

Hi Tony, Bub's purchase wasn't made as a gift purchase. If he intended for it to be a gift for you, he's going to have to write into store@renderosity.com requesting that we change his order to reflect as a gift to you. Thanks! Deb

Then there is somthing wrong with you site or processing cuz I was with him when he made the purchase and he put in my user name? He is not the most tecnical guy so what info does he need to give you to straghten this out? Thanks for the info Tony

All he needs to do is send an email into store@renderosity.com stating that he intended for his recent purchase to be a gift for tonymouse, and then I will have the programmer make the adjustment. Deb
