Content Advisory! This message contains nudity

To avoid any misunderstanding by posting to the galleries I'd like to hear from the side of our moderators whether the kind of nudity in these 2 pictures is still in line with the Renderosity TOS. As far as I've understood them I think of yes, but who knows...

IMO #1 No because there is implied touching of the genital area.
I believe that there may be no touching or implied touching of the genital area other than with clothes etc

#2 seems fine

From experience....

While #1 seems to be a covering situation, more than an actual touching, it's probably one of those images that could end up being reviewed by the staff as a possible TOS.... probably not worth the stress and trouble imho to post an image that could be misconstrued so easily.

#2 Is fine....

thanks so far; I think to remember discussions in the sense of Michelle's remark, and it's indeed not worth the stress @dtp: I'm here on purpose and would like to stay...

I would guess, after discussion among the Mods, the first one would be pulled under some protest. Licking the finger takes it into a new area of imagination. Not worth the aggravation. The second is OK. It is a very difficult job trying to draw the line when it largely comes down to opinions from folks with different values, cultures, and imaginations. [I,m NOT going to delete #1 from this thread, BTW, as I think we are having a good, civil, discussion.] The best we can do is encourage our excellent photographers, like gwfa and Donald, to post their best work. It sets the standard for everyone else.

Thank you Misha et al. It finally comes down to the cultural context where somebody resides: to me the covering attitude of No.1 is "less nude" than the model really stripped bare in No. 2. Hence the only chance is to consent to formal rules as in the TOS and that's it. Period. Makes the choice of postings out of the actual series not easier BTW.
