Purchased downloads have not been activated despite completion of my PayPal transaction (Transaction ID: 5VH18603F3655182R) I have received no reply to an e-mail I have previously sent regarding the above.

Thank you very much for your help! Your apology is appreciated, but do you know what the problem was? It appears as if a number of others have had the same problem as well. Can I be assured that this will not happen with future purchases?

Every so often the PayPal system does not send the paid notices in a timely manner. It generally has to do with their server loads. Our system waits for the paid notices so it can automatically mark the order paid. Occassionally, there could be load issues on our servers too. Though, we've been having to manually mark about 5% of the PayPal orders since Thursday. There is no way to guarantee that delays won't happen in the future, because servers, internet connections, emails, etc are not up 100% of the time. (Our servers have a 99% uptime). The best way to assure Fastest downloads in the future is to use a credit card through our check-out. Anytime other systems are involved, there are just more steps where problems can arise.

Thanks so much for the explanation, it is genuinely appreciated. Now that I have a better understanding regarding what happened, the next time I am under time constraints I will be sure to take heed of your suggestion regarding purchasing via credit card. Thanks again for your help!
