After 4 attemps yesterday at starting an image and VOWING to complete a render I came away with none. OK, one of them almost...ALMOST...saw completetion but sadly, no. Instead I decided to play around in Photoshop again. Blending images this time. The link included in the descritpion of the image is a GREAT stock photography resource that I got from ICM. Thanks for looking.

Strange, I was headed to the (overall) Galleries & spotted this image just before you posted this thread. Astounding work!

What is the problem system crash, if so it is most likely your RAM is page faulting or just not enough L2 cache and a cluttered HD, and do you trim down your Virtual memory instead of letting windows use it dynamicaly.

I think Claymore just means the renders weren't coming out the way he had hoped.

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

Rod, I was suprised you commented so fast. I posted here then clicked on the link to check it and BAM! And yes, tjohn has the right of it...I tried starting four simple scenes and they all just kept needing one more little thing...

Maybe if I...nope. Well, maybe...no. Oh, I know! I could...dang. I give up. I'll just surf a while... LOL, a frustration I know all too well.

Done there, been that! I tend to build a scene over one or two sessions, render and let it sit for a day or so. The I go back and tweak. Repeat a couple of times and maybe I'm getting happy with it.

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!
