hi guys...these are crazy dayz for me. workin' so much don't know if i'm coming or going.
run to work. run home. change uniforms. run to work. run home.

want to make a picture for challenge...workaholism...too busy working to make one or even THINK about how how to tackle that in a photo.

I'm NOT a workaholic. I'm really a play-a-holic! But they're workin' me to death! My supervisor tells me he can't promise me when i'll get 2 days off in a week.

Lent is our busiest season. they're workin' me like a dog!!

i feel like that broken down horse that someone posted in the gallery a few days ago. sigh.

workin' both jobs again today. catch up around here and in the galleries when i can. sigh

Been there, dunnit, had the sense to escape while I could. I used to do 70+ hours a week, 6 days, mostly 4pm-8am sort of thing. Ended up sleeping & working and not much else. Saw the light and took a sideways step into a completely different job. 3 years there and I got made redundant... they fought to find me another position within the company, I fought harder to make them just let me go ;-) Ironically I'm now back with the company where I was working all the hours, but doing a different job and quite enjoying it, if the truth be known! Anyways, I've got to beat my record of 5 years in one job. Like I've said before, I still don't know what I want to be. (A mental patient seems like an obvious choice at the moment....) (",)

my doctor (whom i work with) & supervisor sent me home early today from work & doc told me to stay home from work tonight. they saw how sick i was...and exhausted. i'm at home. doc gave me some medicine. i'm just resting. feel ok. i've been off my regular routine since i broke my elbow. i've worked there 8 years and it's NEVER been like this, so i'm hopeful it will come to an end soon. Pascale, no, it's NOT illegal. Actually kemal quit a job repairing computers because they were forcing them to work 70 hours a week. In Kentucky, they can fire you for ANY reason (unless you're in the Union). you don't like the hours, etc., you're just sh-t out-o-luck. mike, i dunno what i want to be either. i'll be a mental patient too. Tedz, bring out straightjackets pleeeze! andreas...you got it made!

Sorry Sheila ...all My Straight Jackets are in use... however, this may interest You...it is how I keep control of a Friends Dog...when I am being Paid to Baby Sit it...*woof!*

LOL!!! masochist??? me???? u r NUTZ girl!!! :) Well, work can be fun. Ok, so it's not fun like going out and taking pictures, mountain climbing, being with your sweetie, you know...but for a job...well, i enjoy it.

i luv the people i work with. we laugh a lot & the docs are all cool. 2 of them are artists. been there 5+ years.

mostly, i just luv the patients! over the years, i've gotten to know a lot of them. Don't get to see them as much as i used to but still get to see them enough. Get lots of hugz!!!! it makes my day to see some of them.

i'd rather not work, Pascale, but here in the U.S. life isn't as easy as people make it out to be...not for everyone anyway. it may look like it, but so many people here are in debt up to their ears. they live a good life buying things with money they don't have. not everyone but a lot.

i'm not in debt and i wanna keep it that way. the money from this job is "play" money...vacation, cameras, fun stuff.

plus, like i said, i get "perks" working there. helps a lot! i'm tired of working. sigh. i guess most of us are.

Yea I know what u mean dear! And I also know that life in America is a nightmare! I couldn't live there! I went there for 2 months about 2 years ago and was amazed at the pace of life there! People spend their life working!! Man!! What's the point?? But as long as u enjoy it, then it's certainly a bonus! I HATE working and actually stopped about a year ago! But because I have serious back problems! Also Laurent earns enough now so I can afford to stay home! And I love it! Now this is life! :D

oh wow, that's GREAT Pascale, that you don't have to work!!!!!!!! i wish we didn't have to work, but it's just not possible. yes, we spend our lives working. is it different in other places??? are there actually places you can just enjoy life and not have to work? sorry about your back, Pascale. kemal has very serious back problems too. sucks. work sucks. yep, in US, husband and wife both have to work. there are exceptions.

Well, I used to work part time but even that did my head in to be honest! The thing is, I don't care much about money and I'm happy with very few things so I don't NEED much either! And yea, my back is a real pain though! I can't really work because of this cos I can't stand up for very long nor carry anything heavy nor bend, in short, I can't really do any physical work or I get stuck for at least a week, totally unable to move, not even walk!! So I take care of the house, of Sam and Laurent and everybody's happy! :) What does Kemal do?? Cos with a bad back, to work in a restaurant isn't a great idea!

Yes i know but that the only image I did of comeing and going . I take it off if you all wish but the image is not bryce it a photo with poser figures in it

Thanks for the sentiment Jocko, I guess we all feel like these figures at times ;-) To be honest though, we're slight 'purists' in here - we take photo's and we PS them same as yourself, but (and please don't take this as criticism) we do feel that there's plenty of other forums on the site for the Poser/Bryce people and tend not to post them here, even if some of us do that kind of stuff. Please, don't think we're trying to alienate you, coz we're not - we'd love to see some of your photography!! The more the merrier! Best wishes, Mike

I post my image comeing and going not for comments but to show tvernuccio how it looks. If I made a photo of comeing and going a stright shot photo I post it here for comments but this is just to show tvernuccio how I see comeing and going look like and what I see that is what he sees too. Oh yes I know the link is bryce but to show tvernuccio that "life goes on" that all. I not here to get people mad. I just trying to show tvernuccio what I think . I know this is photos but I see in other forums when some one tring to get a point across they use images that will do this even if it not the type of images they use in the gallery. [like fractal post photos to show someone something] this is a forum not a gallery. tvernuccio had commented on my images before so I thought I could help him. Guess the 'purists' do not care to help people when they can. They have to use the type of images that is in the gallery. I seem to have a mind that thinks in many images. whatever it takes to help someone. I know I think in surreal. it a surreal world to me. sorry to upset you 'purists' I post my surreal photos I have many here and I did not use photoshop on them they came out of the camera like that. and when I do use photoshop like my last image I tell you I just cut the window out of the photo and posted that. @ tvernuccio just hang in there; life have it up and downs @ the rest of you I not mad ;just sad now ;see you around [ I get happy again do not worry] if you like to see my photos go to my gallery that all this link have nothing to do with the subject but it is the last photo I posted here [I post more later]

I even saw photos in bryce forum that is what forum is about to ask and show people . sometime even to make jokes. that what the bryce people was doing posting photos off the net of how they lost they job. it was just make beleive for the photos show things like a ship that ran into a building. things like that. You all need to lighting up . I uptight now sorry. I get over it

Joocko, I used the term 'purists' in my post in a light-hearted way, please don't throw it back like that - there is no need to say we do not help people, because a look through the forum posts show that helping is one of the main things we are about. We don't intend people to get upset or 'up-tight' when we mention not posting 3D images here.... I dunno, in my eyes it's totally different to posting a photo in the other galleries; 3D is about imitating real life; real life isn't about 3D images. You posted a 3D pic not knowing at the time we don't normally do that. Fair comment. IMO you were given a nice response which simply told you that.....I'd even go to the extent of saying that it was a pleasant and considerate response. If I now went into a 3D forum and found a post where someone was working on...say... a F1 car, then posted a PHOTO of a F1 car saying "That's what a F1 car should look like" I'd get a hell of a worse response than I gave, yet it would be a similar situation. being working hard and long hours. lately lol. Just one of those things I being in too many forums seeing newborn babys [photos] in the bryce. The mods and everyone saying how cute the baby is. and yes I saw photos of how things like a car should look too. I saw photos of a big fight in the fractal and terr. forum. To me and a lot of others think this too. A forum is a place to help people and show people a side that cannot be show in the gallery. Yes a new born photo can be in the photo gallery but the person freinds is in bryce. I see people posting jokes and other people add theirs jokes. the forum is a place for many freinds to come and talk and show too. Even if it a diff type of format. I seen them in the bryce forum with vue and 4d images you name it it was there. I know not to post poser in the gallery. But in the forum it diff. If I had a toon to show what what I post it [fist 6 years of Disny is not copyright now it puible donman] yes I saw a lot of fights too. lol I going to take Tedz comment to heart. @ReBorneUK you say in the first comment you was a purists so I took it at face value. I know you all means well and keep on trucking

It's nearer to the truth than you'd believe - the reason I dissappeared last night was coz my k/b stopped working... mouse ok, just the k/b..... tried new batteries, reset the 'puter and everything. Moved the receiver up onto the back of the desk, and it's working fine again. It hasn't been moved in the last 2 years and suddenly does that?!? Wierd. (",)
