I had a similar problem. I think I was fortunate that I got a prompt reply from CuriousLabs Support. The 'Global' support number from Digital whatever I found totally useless. :0/ Klutz.

I'm jealous of all you guys discussing Poser 6 as I've got it on my computer but can't use it because I don't have a serial number. The "download available" e-mail had "serial unavailable" opposite my poser download so I went to download it and on the download page it had "serial unavailable" too! I've e-mailed Digital River twice so far with no reply. Have any of you guys had a problem like this? Are they slow to respond to mails? I'm now at the point of getting annoyed!
